To reserve a pavilion for any group’s exclusive use, the Facility Use Agreement and Rental/Permit Application must be completed and turned into Sports & Rec along with rental fee. To rent Branson Pavilion there is a $50 rental fee and $25 for all other pavilion or park areas per 4-hour block of time. Reservations will not be scheduled within 24 hours
before requested date and do not take reservations for pavilions on the 4th of July. Reservations are not confirmed
until all forms and fees are received and approved by SPRD Director. Permit Application must be signed by police agents if use of alcohol
Refunds are not available
if there is a cancellation by the group, due to weather or other circumstances. Reservations may be changed before noon of the previous business day, only if the SPRD calendar allows. The risk of “no refund” and “no re-schedule” is assumed by the group at the time of the reservation and payment.
Due to cold, spring weather in Seward, water in the City parks, including restrooms, pavilions and campsites may not be available until after May 15 or later. Please make alternate plans for water and restrooms. ~SPRD. Date: 4/24/13
