Job Title: Streets Equipment Operator/Mechanic 

Department: Public Works 

Status: Full-Time with Benefits

Starting Wage: $32.04 - $35.37 Depending on Experience 

Education: Graduation from high school or GED; supplemented by four years of experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of heavy-duty equipment, education in repair and maintenance, and/or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and ability.  

This position is responsible for performing skilled work in the operation, mechanical repair, and maintenance of a variety of gasoline and diesel-powered vehicles and other specialized equipment.
