• Resolution 2026-007 of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Seward Alaska, granting a conditional use permit to Marathon Ridge Retreat LLC for the development of a Recreational Resort, including lodging, recreational, and accessory uses, at 110 Aialik Street within the Resource Management (RM) Zoning District

• Resolution 2026-008 of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Seward Alaska, granting a variance from Seward City Code 15.10.220 Development Requirements to reduce the 10’ setback requirement to Rodney Roemmich to construct a lean-to structure on the side of a warehouse located at 1605 Leirer Road, within an Industrial (I) zoning district
