Utility Billing

To setup AutoPay, make a one-time payment, or to view your customer portal click here

As of January 1, 2025, customers will receive two separate bills for utilities- one for electric and one for water/sewer. Each bill will have a separate account number.

Harbor Billing

You may pay via cash, check or credit card at the Harbormaster's office. If you have any questions about a bill, then please call us at (907) 224-3138 or email us at harbormaster@cityofseward.net.

If you would like to pay via credit card over the phone, please call us at (907) 224-3138.

Customers should be ready with:

  • The 4 or 5 digit account number located on the upper left hand corner of your bill
  • Balance owed on bill
  • Credit card information
