Starting January 1, 2025, the Electric Department, located at the City Hall Annex, 238 5th Avenue, will handle all services related to your electric bill. 

FOR CUSTOMERS INSIDE CITY LIMITS  you will receive two separate utility bills, each with a different account number—one for electric services and one for water and sewer services.
